This dark Purple/Burgundy stunner is such a beauty. I first received Chris Lupin as a mystery tuber in a grab bag of unlabeled tubers. At the time I got it, this color wouldn’t have been one I would have gravitated to, but I sure am glad to have this stunner added to the mix!
